Jamestown’s Seawall Was Damaged

Among the results of damages from Hurricane Irene were the Corps of Engineers’ seawall fronting the James River at Historic Jamestowne. Here are some pictures, as well as a YouTube report from their website. It seems obvious that there has possibly been serious erosion in back of the structure. Note the Dale House to the right.
